Series A Digital Media Commercial Due Diligence
A Dubai based private equity company required end-to-end commercial due diligence for a potential series A (c. 2m USD) investment into a digital media business based in Sweden.
Prussel & Co conducted detailed due diligence of the candidate business utilising our due diligence methodology to analyse the to company, product, market, operating model, commercial plan, traction, team and investment opportunity. To output included detailed financial projections, clearly identified investment risks and robust recommendations for the clients investment committee.

Transportation Provider Commercial Due Diligence
A UK based High Net Work investor engaged Prussel & Co to provide commercial due diligence for an investment into a heavy haulage transport provider.
The Prussel & Co team reviewed the market structure, product, organisational structure, key processes, competition, business plan and financial projections, key KPIs and regulatory considerations to provide robust recommendations to the client.

Hotel Resort Feasibility Study
A global resort operator required a feasibility study for a potential new resort operation in Vietnam with the objective of understanding the viability and key risks of developing the potential new resort.
Prussel & Co conducted a feasibility study to determine the size of the opportunity and key risks associated with it. Our approach included reviewing four key areas; market feasibility, technical feasibility, business model feasibility and management model feasibility. Exit feasibility was not relevant in this case.

Retail Bank Target Operating Model Design
A challenger retail bank in the UK needed to develop the Target Operating Model for their technology function.
Working with the CIO leadership team, Prussel & Co designed the target operating model across people, processes, organisation, data, locations, tools, key suppliers and governance.

New Market Entry Feasibility Study
A UK based hotel chain engaged Prussel & Co to understand the options open to them to expand their business into six potential European markets.
The team reviewed the current proposition and the six potential European market locations including understanding the market dynamic, barriers to entry, competitors and cost-benefit analysis to provide a set of recommendation to the client directors.

Seed Investment Due Diligence
We were engaged by a private investor based in Asia to review a start up business raising a seed capital in the construction industry.
The team utilised our proven methodology to understand the company structure, product, operating model traction to date, commercial plan and team and provide recommendations to the investor.

Retail Bank Separation Interim Management
A UK retail bank was required support in the management of a divestment of significant retail financial services business
Prussel & Co provided interim senior management to work with the Executive Committee of the divested bank and ensure that the divestment was delivered in a controlled manner.

Early Stage Investment Business Plan Review
A Russian HNW investor required support in reviewing the business plan for a start up looking to raise series A investment.
Utilising our business plan and due diligence methodologies, the Prussel & Co team reviewed all aspects of the business plan including description of the company, products, market, strategy, implementation & roadmap, organisation, management team, financial plan and projections to provide clear recommendations.

Underperforming Investment Review
Prussel & Co were engaged by an investment syndicate to review the options open to them to sale or turnaround an underperforming investment.
The team review both “fight” and “flight” options to understand the changes required to turnaround the investment and the options open to exit. The output of the analysis was a set of strategic options available for the client including key changes that should be implemented immediately to manage the investment while a decision was taken.

Digital Transformation
Engaged by a UK Wealth Management company to review the current channel mix and provide recommendation for how the business could utilise digital technologies to provide an enhanced experience to customer and deliver a more streamlined operating model.
The Prussel & Co team conducted a current state analysis of the clients channels across functionality (sales and services), operating model and utilisations and overlaid this with customer research to define the target channel proposition, the operating model changes required and roadmap for delivery.
